Lotus Counseling & Consulting currently provides individual and couples counseling virtually across North Carolina and Alabama. We are in the process of expanding our services to include in-person sessions in Greenville, NC, and surrounding communities.

Unfortunately, Lotus Counseling & Consulting does not provide clients with letters for emotional support animals.

If your therapists receive a subpoena to testify or be deposed in your court case, the cost will be $2,000 per day. This covers lost office hours, chart copying, travel costs, and attending to other aspects of the practice.

Yes, your provider can complete this paperwork for you; however, the fee is $200 per hour, prorated in 15-minute increments. This cannot be billed to insurance; therefore, the client is responsible for the fee.

We are currently considered an out-of-network provider, but we are in the process of paneling with BCBS & Aetna of NC.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

No, I do not use AI to record, transcribe, or analyze therapy sessions, nor do I use AI for any other aspect of your treatment or clinical care.
